My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were serviced every day with clean towels, which was great; however, the initial room with a land view and a fire escape on the balcony wasn't the best, but after a complaint, I received a decent double room. The service was efficient overall, but some staff members were unfriendly. The location was very convenient, close to the beach and entertainment spots. The dining experience provided a good selection, but there were some gaps in the food variety.
